Do I need a webcam for this event?

You don't need a webcam, you can use the video camera on your laptop or mobile device.

What should I do before the start of the virtual conference?

If you have been participating in webinars and interacting online with no technical issues, you have enough bandwidth for this conference.  If you are unsure, you can check your bandwidth with The recommend internet speed is at least:

  • Receiving 1080p HD video requires 2.5mbps (up/down)
  • Sending 1080p HD video requires 3.0 Mbps (up/down)

Do I need a zoom account to join?

No, you don’t need a Zoom account to join. Just register and enjoy.
