COVID Safety Measures

The Fire Leadership Challenge (FLC) team is excited to welcome attendees back in-person. The U.S. Forest Service (in which Vail Resorts owns and operates on, including the Keystone Conference Center) has implemented a mask mandate effective through October 31st, which means all attendees and staff will be required to wear a mask while in the Conference Center during Fire Leadership Challenge. Details on the mask mandate include:

• Face coverings are only required in fully enclosed indoor buildings, while not eating or drinking
• Face coverings are required for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals

Please plan to bring a mask with you, extra masks will be available at registration for anyone who needs them. In addition, attendees will find hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the Keystone Conference Center, and weather permitting we will have tables and chairs set up outside for meals and sitting down with colleagues throughout the week.  

We want to remind conference attendees, all exhibitors and speakers that we each have an individual & personal responsibility to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, please do your part by following the masking and distance requirements. We ask that anyone who is not feeling well leading up to the conference please stay home out of consideration for all who are attending.
