Booking Your Travel

We've negotiated a discounted group rate at the Belmond Charleston Place hotel. The room rate is $189 per night (For a single or double occupancy), plus a $2.00 destination marketing fee and all applicable state and location taxes, which are currently 14%. 

If you plan to arrive early or stay after the event, our discounted room rate is available three days pre-and post-event based on availability (August 23 through August 31, 2019). The deadline to book with our discounted rate is August 4, 2019. After August 4, we cannot guarantee room availability or a discounted room rate.

You must book your hotel reservation by calling +1 843 722 4900 and request the Quest TEC conference special room rate.

Monday, August 26 – Suggested afternoon arrival, check-in and registration opens 
Tuesday, August 27 – Check-in and registration continues, full conference day 
Wednesday, August 28 – Full conference day followed by evening TEC party
Thursday, August 29 – Suggested morning departure

On-site Parking

Valet parking service is available. The overnight valet parking fee is $37 per day. Self-parking is also available for $20 per day.

Shuttle Services

Airport shuttles (Departure only), which are operated by the hotel, are available every half-hour from 6am-2pm daily. $20 per person, billable to guest rooms only.

Shuttle vans, which are not operated by the hotel, cost $14 per person.

Private cars, which are arranged by the hotel, cost $95 for 1-2 passengers, $115 for 3-5 passengers and $180 up to 14 passengers.

$20 extra for meet and greet at baggage claim.
