MEET AMELIA (AMY) DEMMA 

Amelia Demma is a New York licensed attorney and founder of Law Offices of Amy Demma, providing services to those engaged in collaborative family formation, specifically egg, embryo and known sperm donation as well as compassionate surrogacy. Amelia began her career in assisted family building as a staff member at RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association (https://www.resolve.org) in 2003, working on legislative matters specific to those struggling with infertility. Amelia was admitted to the New York Bar in 1991. She is credentialed in Family Mediation through Harvard Law School and in 2019 was awarded the Mary L. Landrieu Supporter of Adoption through Knowledge and Action by the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (https://www.adoptionart.org) at which she is a Fellow.
