Can I purchase additional accommodation and meal tickets?
Additional accommodation (including breakfast is available from $315.00 single or $340.00 twin share. Additional lunch tickets are $75.00 per lunch and dinner tickets are $160.00 per dinner.
What if I need to cancel my registration or accommodation?
An administration fee of $150.00 per registrant will apply for cancellations before 27 August 2021. Cancellations after this date, but made on or before 15 October 2021 will forfeit 50% of the total registration fee (GST included). Cancellations after 15 October 2021 will not be refunded.
Transfer of the registration to an alternative attendee is permitted, however the Conference Manager must be advised prior to attendee arrival. If you wish to cancel or change your registration/attendance please email the Conference Manager.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual clothing is suggested for the conference during the day. As room temperatures vary in individual conference and hotel rooms, we suggest you bring a jacket. Night can also be cool near the coast even in November!

Are coach transfers available this year?
Transfers to the 2021 IAG Conference will be running to and/or from Helensvale Station (meeting the trains from Brisbane on the Gold Coast Line) to the Sheraton Grand Mirage, returning to Helensvale Station at the conclusion of conference sessions each day. Transfers must be book and paid for when registering.

Is parking availabe at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort?
Self parking is available at the hotel and IAG Conference delegates are entitled to complimentary parking. Please be mindful if you are driving to the conference to allow extra time for traffic and finding a car parking space. Valet parking is available for a charge.
How can I stay in touch?
Up-to-date information is available on the conference website or alternately email the Conference Committee.
What if I have dietary requirements?
If you are attending the in person conference and have special dietary requirements (eg vegetarian, allergies to specific foods, gluten intolerance) please advise at the time of registering. Your request will be forwarded to the Sheraton Grand Mirage catering department.
