COVID has set our lives on a course we may have not ever imagined, but despite these changes, we have the ability to cope and overcome. Join Dr. George James, CLAS ’01 and Laurie Besden for this free event as they discuss coping strategies and resources to navigate these unprecedented times.

Dr. James works extensively with professional athletes, entertainers, adult men & women, executives, and young adult women and men on various issues including adulting, anxiety, parenting, romantic relationships/love life, depression, leadership, career, work-life balance, and racial identity/development.

Laurie Besden is the Executive Director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers Pennsylvania, which confidentially assists lawyers, judges, their family members and law students struggling with mental health and substance use problems.
