Building English resilience

OVERVIEW

Developing a can do attitude and approach to all aspects of English and effective communication.

The ability to effectively use English and communicate well are some of the most important life skills for people to be fully confident. Resilience is a key aspect of a positive attitude towards effectively communicating. The overall level of literacy ability in the working and adult population is still poor and this negatively impacts on general well-being. Resilience can be developed with the right approaches.
