EXTENDED STAYS

What is the room rate to extend my stay at the resort?
The room rate is $270.00 per night plus 12.5% combined sales and occupancy tax. There will also be a daily Resort Charge, currently $38.00 per night plus 12.5% combined sales and occupancy tax that will be posted to all guestrooms to cover the following:

  • Fitness Center Access
  • Bicycle Rentals
  • Kayak Rentals
  • Paddle Board Rentals
  • Saturday Campfire and S'mores (weather permitting)
  • Beach Games (weather permitting)
  • Fishing Poles and Bait (on dock only)
  • Pool and Beach Lounge Chairs, Towels, and Umbrellas
  • Overnight Self–Parking
  • Unlimited Wireless Internet Access
  • Incoming and Outgoing Faxes

Some activities included in Resort Charge are based upon availability at time of request.

The Almost Inclusive Meal Plan – Baker's Cay Plan Prices are as follows:

Adults age 21+ $100.00 plus tax and service charge per person per day
Young Adults age 13–20 $75.00 plus tax and service charge per person per day
Kids up to age 12 $50.00 plus tax and service charge per person per day

 

This includes breakfast, lunch and all–day house tier spirits; domestic, premium and draft beer; and house tier wine. Pricing is subject to 20% service charge and 7.5% tax. Participating outlets include Calusa, Dry Rocks, Tiki and Pool Bars. In–room dining not included. The Almost Inclusive Meal Plans may be enjoyed during regular restaurant opening hours (excluding in–room dining and takeout) from 4 p.m. on arrival date to 11 a.m. on departure date.

The rates will be valid three days prior and three days after the main program dates of April 8 – 13 and are subject to availability at the time of the request.

Are airport transfers provided if I choose to extend my stay in Key Largo?
Yes, transportation is provided if you choose to extend your stay at the Baker’s Cay Resort.

 

IDENTIFICATION

What are the identification requirements for Key Largo, FL?
You will need a valid, government–issued photo ID, such as a driver's license (with photo), or a valid passport. When listing names on the registration form, please ensure that you enter names EXACTLY as they appear on the government–issued ID you will be using when traveling.

 

TRANSPORTATION

What is the name and code of the airport I will be flying to?
You will be flying to Miami International Airport. The airport code is MIA.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Airport transfers will be provided from Miami International Airport to Baker's Cay. Transfers are one–way with one 15–minute stop allowed upon request. Stops exceeding that amount of time or additional stops will be billed to the participant at $25.00 per 15–minute increments. 

All passengers and the driver MUST wear a mask at all times while inside the vehicle. For the driver to handle your luggage he/she will be wearing gloves. Although vehicles are disinfected using commercial grade products, and have been detailed with all precautionary measures. They will provide gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes if passengers feel the need for them during the service.

What is the distance from the airport to the resort?
The resort is 75 minutes (65 miles) from the Miami International Airport.

What are the check–in and check–out times at the resort?
Check–in is 4:00 p.m. Check–out is 11:00 a.m.

What are the bed types in the guest rooms?
The resort has an assortment of rooms with a king bed or two queen beds. We will do our best to accommodate your preference.

Does the resort have a spa and fitness center?
Yes. The fitness center is open 24 hours daily.

The Green House Salon & AVEDA Spa is open daily as follows:
