STEVE O'HARE, DIRECTOR, SCLO CONSULTING

Steve O'Hare has 15 years’ experience in senior business development roles in the apprenticeship, vocational skills and employment services sectors, where he has been at the forefront of the evolution and development of these markets. He is currently the Owner/Director of his own firm, SCLO Consulting, which specialises in: market analysis and entry strategies; support on business decisions; tender management, writing, review and support.

In its first 18 months of trading SCLO have supported a number of organisation secure new contracts including T-Levels, Devolved Adult Education Budget, ESFA ESF Programmes and Apprenticeship Contracts with Local Authorities/Levy Paying Employers, and successfully supported organisations with their Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers applications.
