What’s included with my registration?

Your registration fee grants you access to the full virtual meeting beginning on July 8th. 

I’m getting an error message when I try to access registration.

Be sure you are using the event link provided to you in the confirmation email. If you continue to receive an error message, it may be due to being on a VPN. We recommend checking with your IT department for access. If you need additional help, please contact us at cmills@wfh.org.

For optimal viewing, which internet browser should be used?

Please use Chrome as the brower to view the sessions. For more information, you can consult the troubleshooting and equipment testing guide. We also highly recommend accessing the event from a laptop/desktop so that you can access all features of the virtual event.  Event features are limited on a mobile device.

When and how can I access the virtual meeting?

Registered attendees will receive a link via email to the virtual platform before the first live session begins on July 8. The link will be sent to the email address you used to register and is how you will access all the meeting content. You’ll use the same link each day to access the platform for the live meeting.

What if I don't receive the link?

Contact cmills@wfh.org and a member of the registration team can assist.

Can I share this link with others?

Just like an in-person meeting, registrations cannot be shared.

Will live content be available after the fact via recording, or only live?

Live content will be recorded and will be available shortly after the event.

Will there be translation?

All sessions (except the Hot Topics and Ask-the-Experts) will be simultaneously translated into French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic through the Interprefy app.   If you are attending the virtual summit via a mobile device, you need to download the app from the Apple and Google Play stores in order to access the live interpretation.  If you are attending the event from your desktop/laptop, the app will be available directly on the virtual summit platform.
