CSCMP is committed to do our part in providing a healthy environment for our members, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and staff, but we need your help. As such, if you plan to attend, we trust that you will share in our goal of creating and maintaining the safest environment possible by observing the following guidelines issued by CSCMP in conjunction with the city of Atlanta, the state of Georgia and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) as outlined below.
While CSCMP and the GWCC work to implement new and enhanced procedures to safeguard all participants, the information listed below is not intended or implied in any way to be a guarantee against possible exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious diseases during attendance at the event. All those in attendance voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
Begin your travel to the event only after you are fully vaccinated, unless you have a medical or religious reason that would prevent you from doing so. (Fully vaccinated means at least 2 weeks have passed since your second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.)
Mask Up if not Vaccinated:
Masks are required indoors for those who are not fully vaccinated, but are optional for all those who are fully vaccinated: attendees, CSCMP staff, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors and hotel personnel. PLease bring your own mask as they will not be provided onsite.
Do not enter the CSCMP event space if you have any symptoms of any Coronavirus/COVID-19 or any other contagious infections spread mainly from inter-personal contact.
