CSCMP is committed to do our part in providing a healthy environment for our members, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and staff, but we need your help. As such, if you plan to attend, we trust that you will share in our goal of creating and maintaining the safest environment possible by observing the following guidelines issued by CSCMP in conjunction with the city of Atlanta, the state of Georgia and the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) as outlined below.
Important Update: Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has reinstated mask requirements for all people in indoor public settings. See updated safety protocols below.
We have health measures in place and we need you to play a role in helping us move forward safely with an in-person event. By attending CSCMP EDGE in Atlanta, GA, you agree to abide by and engage in conduct that is beneficial to the health and safety of the event. While CSCMP and the GWCC work to implement new and enhanced procedures to safeguard all participants, the information listed below is not intended or implied in any way to be a guarantee against possible exposure to COVID-19 or any other infectious diseases during attendance at the event. All those in attendance voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
Masks are required for all attendees, CSCMP staff, suppliers, exhibitors, and sponsors while in the GWCC and other indoor public areas (like your hotel) even if you are fully vaccinated. Face masks must cover from the top of the nose to the bottom of the chin. Please bring your own mask as they will not be provided onsite.
VACCINATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED
Begin your travel to the event only after you are fully vaccinated, unless you have a medical or religious reason that would prevent you from doing so. (Fully vaccinated means at least 2 weeks have passed since your second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.)
EDGE 2021 hotels have committed to a comprehensive and thorough cleaning and sanitization process of rooms and common areas to meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning (Scroll down to see hotel links)
Do not enter the CSCMP event space if you have symptoms of any Coronavirus/COVID-19 or any other contagious infections spread mainly from inter-personal contact:

GWCC COMMITTMENT TO CLEAN
The GWCC has received GBAC STAR™ accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, a division of ISSA Inc., the leading association for the cleaning industry. Accreditation is awarded to facilities that follow a high standard of cleaning, disinfection, and disease prevention and that follow proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and workplace practices.
Air handling and circulation is continually monitored by GWCC HVAC technicians to ensure optimum and safe airflow. Return air/exhaust air is stand-alone in the exhibit halls. This means air from the exhibit halls would not impact any other portions of the facility. Each of GWCC’s buildings hve been upgraded to MERV 13 filters, which can trap smaller particles, including viruses, and can improve the systems efficacy in removing viruses from circulated air.
