As of August 2020 the ASCLD Board of Directors is planning an in-person event for April 2021. We are closely monitoring all guidelines established by local and national governments and Marriott hotels in regards to large gatherings. During the registration process you have an option to pay by credit card at the time of registration or by check at a later date. Multiple forms of payment (i.e. one credit card for the Symposium, one for the offsite event) are allowed.

The Symposium registration fee covers the Opening Reception on Monday evening, all plenary sessions and breakfast/lunch/breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday, and all plenary sessions and breakfast/break on Thursday. Pre-Symposium workshops, the Leadership Academy, and special events have additional fees. All attendees are responsible for their travel, hotel, and dinner costs.
If you are unable to attend, please send your cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds minus a $25 administrative processing fee will be available for cancellations made in 2020. A 50% refund will be available January 1, 2021 - February 28, 2021. No refunds will be available after February 28, 2021 unless the entire Symposium is cancelled by ASCLD.
Yes, if you cannot attend and another member of your organization would like to come in your place, email email@example.com. However, if their membership status is not the same as yours, they will need to pay the difference in the registration fee (or you will receive a refund for the overpay, if applicable).
