OVERVIEW

Effective Leadership and Management

What matters most to Ofsted

Having their leadership and management evaluated by Ofsted on inspection has tended to take something of a back seat in the minds of providers since the introduction of the new Education Inspection Framework (EIF). Senior leaders and managers are understandably tending to focus on phrases such as ‘deep dives’, ‘sequencing’ and ‘curriculum intent’ and what they mean in relation to their provision. However, ‘leadership and management’ is still one of the four graded Key Judgements that will determine your ‘Overall Effectiveness grade’. So, it is extremely important that you understand what evidence inspectors will want to see when they inspect leadership and management.

This webinar will tell you what matters most to Ofsted inspectors when they look at leadership and management on inspection and how they triangulate their evidence for them against their judgements about your ‘Quality of Education’.
