COVID has definitely changed our world, but fortunately Malta’s effective tackling of the pandemic has earned international praise, and our islands have been classified as one of the safest post-Covid destinations in Europe. At Meet360 Events we are committed to your safety, and our staff are in constant liaison with Authorities and suppliers, enforcing the protocols to host you in the safest of environments. As of 23 July, Malta had an overall total of 700 infections (9 deaths), with minimal active cases. Malta Airport opened on 01 July, and most hotels and restaurants have resumed operation, adhering to strict health guidelines. Limits on social gatherings have been lifted, although super large gatherings are not recommended. Low occupancies mean that various restaurants and venues are happily offering free exclusivity in order to limit ‘outside’ contact. Some of the smaller boutique hotels (+/- 20 rooms), are also prepared to offer total exclusivity, whereas larger hotels consider the allocation of exclusive floors and respective conference and banquet space. Malta promises exceptional rates and maximum flexibility, underlined with Government’s total commitment to support agencies and event planners return our sunny shores.
