Question: "How much of a discount will my employees receive using the code?"

Question: "How do my employees use the discount code?"
Answer: When your employee is registering they will need to select their applicable rate (CGA Member Webinar & Roundtable Package or Non-member Webinar & Roundtable Package). After selecting their category, they will have the option to enter a discount code on the following page. Enter the discount code, click apply rate and the rate will adjust.
Question: "What if some of my employees have already registered and paid the full rate?"
Answer: Not to worry! Any employees registered from your organization prior to the purchase of your Organization Discount Package will have the discount applied to their registration and receive a refund for the balance. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.
