Report on Business magazine presents the inaugural Women Lead Here event to drive the conversation on female executive leadership. The discussions will build on the findings of the magazine's industry-first assessment of Canada's largest public companies on diversity performance, released in March 2020. The Women Lead Here list identifies the companies who are surpassing their peers on the metric of female representation in the C-suite.

This virtual event will feature some of these corporate leaders for a discussion on how to grow the ranks of women in executive leadership, recognizing much work remains to be done. Guest speakers will also illuminate the potential impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on diversity and inclusion progress and priorities.

Join us for this inaugural event to hear:

- Insights from Canadian executives on what works - and doesn't work - to increase female participation at the C-level

- Reflections from some of Canada's most notable female executives on the path to leadership

- Calls to action, especially in the current corporate climate, to drive inclusion of women in executive roles

Register today to join the webcast on Friday September 18, 2020 from 1:00pm to 4:45pm EDT.
