The Covid Pivot: Resilience Planning and Maintaining Continuity

This workshop will focus on the challenges organizations and municipalities faced because of COVID-19, and how they have adapted their practices to maintain service continuity. By looking at specific examples and case studies, attendees will get an inside perspective of how decisions were made, the policies and procedures set in place, and what the underground infrastructure community can expect next.

Engineering consultants, contractors, technologists, municipal employees, field technicians, suppliers, infrastructure asset managers and anyone else who has an interest in municipal pipelines and wants to keep abreast of emerging industry trends to save money and the environment.
