UPDATE - 7/21/2020
Recent developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic have resulted in a decision to cancel the in-person event. However, we are pleased to announce we will proceed with a fully virtual production to take place November 4-5. All current registrants have been notified via email. TVPPA is transitioning to new event software with support and production of virtual events, therefore, a new event site and registration is in the process of construction. An announcement will be made when the new site is open for registration. For any questions in the meantime, you may contact conferences@tvppa.com. We hope you will join us in cyberspace in November!

We are moving thoughtfully and optimistically into this event with the decision to host it both live as scheduled as well as streamed and produced virtually for those who may be unable to attend in person. Past attendees were surveyed before deciding to proceed with a hybrid event. For the health and safety of in-person attendees, prudent safety measures will be in place.
The live event is happening at the Chattanooga, TN, Convention Center. Hotel room block information will be included in your registration confirmation email.
Those attending online will receive instructions for accessing the live streaming production as we near the date of the conference.

We are excited to offer a virtual attendance option for those unable to attend in person. We are working hard to present a digital solution for quality streaming and an experience that will allow virtual attendees to engage and network.
While we won't be shaking hands this year, those attending onsite at the Chattanooga Convention Center, will experience all you have come to expect at this great event. Check back soon for a full listing of all health and safety protocols that will be followed for your safety.
