When to Visit

Wineries are open throughout the year, except for major holidays, so a trip to Sonoma would work during any month. The best time to visit Sonoma is between June and October when the weather is at its finest, with high temperatures hovering in the mid-80s in June and the upper 70s in October. This is also high season for tourists, so if thinner crowds are preferred, travelers should book between November and May.
