When to Visit

The best times to visit Maui are April through May and September through November. The spring and fall shoulder seasons provide the pleasant weather Hawaii vacationers seek without the crowds that accompany the summer and winter months. If surfing is in the plans, the winter months offer the best surf conditions. If traveling with kids, the summer months provide the calmest waters.
