Data Intelligence, Data Privacy, and Data Control in Time of Crisis:
What are we learning and what will the future look like?

Welcome to the inaugural Data East registration site!  We are pleased to announce the first running of our companion data technology conference, Data East, to be held online July 8-9. The COVID-19 pandemic brings into sharp focus the current state of technology in business, government and education. We are seeing obvious successes and challenges. Data East will focus on two of the challenges, the first technical, and the second, business.

Day One, the Data Dilemma, will focus on the challenges and impacts of the crisis on our datasphere.  What are we learning about data intelligence, data privacy, data control and data security as we work through the difficulties? Accurate data in a crisis is critical. But what are the difficulties? Recalling Churchill’s 1943 speech, “difficulties mastered are opportunities won.”

Day Two addresses the business challenges in “Innovating through Crises”- how successful companies can position their people, technology, and organizational assets to innovate through crises and emerge stronger.  Discussion Forums will focus on corporate leadership, people, strategic positioning, and agile technology deployment and investment.

The event is by invitation only and offered at no charge. Registration is required. Zoom details will be provided prior to the conference.
