Approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and based on the California Administrative Performance Expectations and the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders, the benefits of becoming a LEAP scholar are life changing.

With our partnerships, PASC candidates can

Highlights of PASC program include

  • Develop leadership skills for early learning staff
  • Acquire early learning observation and evaluation tools
  • Master the application of Bolman and Deals Reframing Organizations, specifically for educators
  • Program Completed in 11 months
  • Low tuition cost of $6,500

In the CASC program, candidates will receive a 

  • Cohesive and comprehensive curriculum that integrates coaching and professional development over the course of two years
  • Coach assigned for one on one coaching. Coaches meet with participants bi-weekly guiding them through the development of the standards with ongoing self-assessment and reflection

and will

  • Participate in professional development, delivered in a seminar format, which is based on the California Professional standards for Education Leaders (CPSELs) and designed to develop proficiencies in these standards
  • Develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with specific goals and objectives that align with their job-embedded fieldwork
