Charlie Mirviss

Charlie has spent over twenty years in the telecommunications industry witnessing its evolution from digital to VoIP, stand alone key systems to CTI to API’s, from on-premises PBX’s to Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). Charlie started in the Shared Tenant space as a system administrator, then moved through a series of hands-on and managerial roles before becoming a Solutions Engineer in the late aughts. Through the course of his career, Charlie specialized first in Nortel, then Avaya, and finally Cisco, and in May of 2019 Charlie brought his experience and depth of knowledge to Vonage, where he began a deep dive into the Vonage cloud portfolio which includes UCaaS, CCaaS, PCaaS, SmartWan, SmartNumbers, and VonageReach.
