UNITED WAY EQUITY SUMMIT

Modeling diversity, equity and inclusion is one of the primary critical success factors of the Modern United Way. To ensure that our fight for health, education and financial stability is truly on behalf of every person in every community, United Way’s culture must exemplify the very values that drive prosperity in the communities we serve. United Way Equity Summit gathers United Way staff who are dedicated to advancing equity in their organizations and communities for three days of powerful dialogue and peer-to-peer learning. Plenary and breakout sessions highlight equity achievements and strategic breakthroughs happening throughout the network to inspire attendees as they advance equity in their work and in the workplace.
