NATASHA CHADWICK, DIRECTOR, IMPACT PEOPLE & CHANGE

Natasha has extensive experience in enabling organisations and people to successfully navigate change.  She is a Principal Practitioner member of the Association for Business Psychology and a member of the Change Management Institute.  Natasha worked in the employability sector for many years, both on the front-line facilitating health behaviour change in people returning to work from absence, and in leading teams to success in the delivery of government-funded programmes.

Since then Natasha has supported organisational change in the criminal justice sector, within higher education, and most recently has worked with local authorities leading large-scale change programmes.  

Natasha combines research evidence with practical experience in her delivery of coaching sessions, workshops, and consultancy services.

Alongside her work in the UK, Natasha is Executive Director of the charity CommUnity Works Uganda which creates education and employment opportunities for people living in rural communities in Uganda
