Erica is really proud to run a neat learning and development consultancy which saves training providers and businesses time and money by using 2 minute training videos, digital interactive learning and expert consultancy. Erica likes to simplify stuff, you see!
She has got nearly 20 years experience in senior learning, apprenticeship and talent roles, at some of the biggest UK brands including LV=, Centrica British Gas, Virgin and Specsavers.
Erica was lucky enough to chair one of the employer development groups which are developing new Apprenticeships on behalf of the UK government. This was an amazing experience which she’ll forever be grateful for. She also led apprenticeship providers through successful OFSTED and ESFA audits.
