Getting started
Registering for the 2019 conference is quick and easy. Start by clicking the “Register” button below, and confirm the following required information:
- Your @united.com email address
- First and last name
- Your United ID (with the "U"), job title and Managing Director
- Country of residence
- Mobile phone number
- Emergency contact information
You’ll also be asked a few optional questions that will help us best ensure you have a safe and enjoyable conference.
Booking your hotel
Once you register for the conference you can then book your hotel reservation.
Please note that the room night costs for Monday, June 17 through Wednesday, June 19 are covered under master bill and will show a $0 rate.
You will need to provide a credit card to cover any potential incidentals. Your card will also be charged for any additional nights you may need before or after the conference. Any additional nights booked for business purposes may be expensed if approved by your leader.
After completing the hotel booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to the @united email address you provided as the beginning of the process.
