UPDATE: Virtual Information

Kick off of the program and beginning Virtual Learning will begin November 2020.
You must complete all sessions and all assignments to graduate from the program.

COST: $3200.00 per person.
Program consists of 4 LEAP Weeks with a more concentrated, higher volume of training as well as virtual training sessions in between.
The Distributor/District office will be invoiced in January.

Registration is Closed for the Spring 2021 Session.

The Spring 2021 Session of LEAP is Virtual with no travel required

LEAP Weeks with higher levels of content are scheduled for

January 18-22, 20201: Customer Focus

February 8-12, 2021: Product Focus

March 1-5, 2021: Light Commercial

March 22-26, 2021: Capstone Presentations
                       and Graduation

All LEAP applicants must submit an essay as part of the application process.  The essay should be 500 words (or less) and include your goals for the class, your career goals as well and why you should be accepted into the program. Submit your essay to RHVAC_LEAP_Program@tranetechnologies.com by Friday, October 2,2020.

If you are accepted into the program you will receive an acceptance email from the LEAP team.  The LEAP Committee will notify you by October 9, 2020 of their decision.

Do NOT book your airline reservations until you have received the acceptance email.
