What hours will the exhibit hall be open?
The exhibit hall will be open on Monday, November 2- Friday, November 6 from 4:00am- 3:30pm EST/10:00am-9:30pm CET.
How many staff members can be in the virtual exhibit booth?
There is no limit on the number of staff members who can be in a virtual exhibit booth to engage with attendees. Please note: All exhibiting companies are required to have at least one (1)person registered to attend the full conference and only registered attendees can gain access to the virtual event platform.
What will a virtual exhibit space look like?
This brochure shows an example of what a virtual exhibit booth can look like. Each Exhibitor will have the opportunity to design their own booth, including adding unique branding, videos, files for download, and more (click here for the booth design tutorial).
Do I need to be active in my Virtual Exhibit booth throughout the duration of the conference?
Textile Exchange has set "Exhibit Hall Hours" that are scheduled around the start and close of sessions offered on each day of the conference. Due to the wide-range of time zones represented in this global event, Exhibitors are not required to be available during those set hours. When an Exhibitor is inactive or signed-out of the platform, attendees will be notified that they are not currently available and attendees can leave a message.
How will Exhibitors interact with attendees in the Exhibit space?
Attendees will have the opportunity to talk one-on-one or in a group format with Exhibitors through a chat-based feature of the digital platform. Exhibitors are welcome to share a Skype, Zoom or other platform address with attendees to speak face-to-face via webcam (note: this is outside of the virtual event environment and Textile Exchange cannot obtain stats for Exhibitors from this activity.)
What kind of materials can I display in my Virtual Exhibit booth?
During the booth set-up, Exhibitors can add videos, URLs, and documents that attendees can explore and download.
How can I get even more visibility?
There are a couple of ways to garner more visibility throughout the conference: 1. Donate a Prize. Throughout the Conference, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in various activities that will generate points that will be used for Prize give-a-ways. Companies that donate a prize will be given the opportunity to Sponsor a trivia game or other point-earning activity. 2. Sponsor the conference. Sponsors have the opportunity for direct messaging to attendees via the digital platform. This messaging is ideal for driving more traffic to Exhibit booths.
