In a lean transformation, one of the fundamental tenants is the practice of "go and see." This practice applies at all levels from front-line tool implementation to the principles and behaviors of leadership practices.
This learning experience is designed for healthcare executives and their teams to learn about their role in a lean transformation from their peers. Participants can see for themselves how organizations practice principle-based behaviors at the senior leadership level on their journey to organizational excellence and experience how the senior leadership team visually manages the priorities of the organization. The experience will demonstrate how principle-based leadership, strategy deployment, True North, a lean management system, and continuous improvement come together to deliver organizational excellence.
