To our OMS Attendees,
With the health and safety of OMS attendees, speakers and exhibitors in mind, we have made the decision to cancel the Optometric Management Symposium, which was scheduled to be held November 5 – 8, 2020 at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club. The OMS is an annual education and vacation tradition for many; we are sad to not be gathering with you this year.
If you have already registered for the meeting, we are working on processing refunds. Please check below for specific information. Additionally, if you made a hotel reservation, we are waiting to hear from our friends at Disney regarding refunds, rescheduling or maintaining your reservation, should you choose to visit that week. Again, we will post additional information below as it becomes available.

Q. Why was the OMS 2020 cancelled?
A. The OMS planning team made the difficult decision to cancel the November 5 -7, 2020 conference due to health concerns and roadblocks that made it impossible to manage logistics and planning.
Q. Will the OMS be held in a virtual format?
A. At this time, there are no plans to host the program virtually.
Q. I have already registered for the program. Will I receive a refund?
A. Yes. We will refund your full registration amount to the credit card on file. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to the address on file.
Q. I reserved a hotel room. Can I reschedule or maintain my reservation?
A. Disney has cancelled all reservations made in the OMS group block. If you are still planning to visit Disney in November, you can call the
Yacht & Beach Club at (407) 939-4686 to rebook your stay.
A. At this time, the OMS planning team has no plans for alternate CE opportunities.
