URC 2025
 

The Undergraduate Research Conference (URC) recognizes outstanding scholarly work produced by UC San Diego undergraduates and encourages additional interaction between students and faculty at the research level. Our hope is that the research and conference experience will encourage more undergraduates to pursue doctoral degrees and careers in research and college teaching.

The 38th annual URC will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, 8:15 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Ida & Cecil Green Faculty Club. As the date approaches, the online program, schedule of presentations, and other updates will be available on the URC website.

Please click the New Registration button in the top right corner to register as a presenter, moderator, volunteer, or guest.

* Student presenter registration deadline is March 13th.

  • Registered presenters can find details on the conference format and expectations here. 

* Moderator priority registration deadline is March 28th.

*Attendee/guest priority registration deadline is April 4th.

  • Any guests registered after this deadline will not be guaranteed food at breakfast or lunch.

* Volunteer priority registration deadline is April 16th.
