University of Utah Summer Guest Housing 2020
21 day minimum (3 weeks)

Summer Conferences at the University of Utah is happy to offer apartment style accommodations for your summer 2020 internship. While summer guests are not required to have a meal plan, Benchmark Plaza is conveniently located next to the Chase N. Peterson Heritage Center, where you can eat at the dining hall and socialize in the common areas. The Benchmark Plaza is located a short walk from the TRAX light rail system, which provides easy access to downtown Salt Lake City.
The rate is $35.00 per night plus 13.82% state sales tax.
Please be aware of the following reservation conditions:
- 21 day Minimum Required
- If your reservation is 30 consecutive days or more you will receive refund for sales tax of 13.82% on the room rate charged.
- *Upon registering for your accommodations, a non-refundable, one-time only $110.00 Administrative Fee and a $150.00 Damage Deposit will be charged in addition to the amount due for the reservation.
- To secure your University of Utah Summer Guest Housing reservation, payment of 50% of your total amount due is required.
Your Damage Deposit will be refunded (check or credit card refund) after your departure if no additional charges are due i.e. damages, deep cleaning, lost keys, etc.
All Summer Guests must be checked out by August 1st at 10 am. If you need housing after August 1st, we recommend you contact the on-campus hotel, University Guest House.

CANCELLATION: If cancellation of your reservation becomes necessary, you may send written notice to the University of Utah Conference & Event Management department (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu). Cancellations made by 5 pm MDT Monday, June 01, 2020 will receive a full refund. Please note, cancellations received after June 1st will not be eligible for a refund. Please state your reason for cancellation in your written notice to University of Utah Conference & Event Management.
