Please join LLS for a free virtual education program for patients and their families about
cancer survivorship during and after a cancer diagnosis.

Diana will discuss the physical and emotional effects following treatment,
the standard of survivorship care and its importance, as well as the importance of preventative health,
such as developing a wellness plan and following a healthy lifestyle. 

Participants will also learn about the resources available in their community and those provided by
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
