As per the laws of the State of Colorado and teh policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that some portion of the registration fee will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Registration Policies
Capacity/Waitlist Registration for all meetings will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. <Q|School Single Photonics Short Course: Sources, Detectors and Measurements is capped at 30 registrants due to space limitations. We will close registration when we reach capacity and a waitlist will be activated. If you foresee that you will not be able to register before capacity is reached due to your organization's travel and registration policies, please contact us at cubit@colorado.edu.
Payment Payment is required at the time of registration. The University of Colorado Boulder does not accept purchase orders and cannot bill for registration fees. Retain all receipts for your records. If we have no record of payment when the conference begins, we will require payment at that time.
Modifying Registration If you need to make any changes to your registration, you can do so by clicking the "Modifying Registration" button at the bottom of this page. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to register as well as the Reference Number that can be found on your Registration Confirmation Email.
Cancellations and Refunds Before July 29, 2024, participants who cancel will be eligible for a refund minus a $50 processing fee only if someone else registers from the waitlist for their slot. There will be no refunds issued afterJuly 29, 2024 at 12:00 AM MDT. If you have cancelled and are owed a refund, CU Conference Services (CUCS) will reach out to you to confirm the receipt of your request. Please allow one full week for CUCS to process the refund.
