We are pleased to invite you to become an exhibitor at the RTI Summit 2025, a flagship event under the Danish EU Presidency, taking place 22-23 October 2025 at Hotel Scandic Copenhagen, Denmark 

The summit brings together leading voices from the innovation ecosystem, policy makers and industry from across Europe to define the ambitions for Research and Technology Infrastructures (RTIs) in Europe. With over 300 high-level participants and 40+ exhibitors this will be the most significant event for discussing how to implement the new European strategy for Research and Technology Infrastructures.

Accommodation
A block booking has been made at several hotels for summit participants. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend early booking due to high season in Copenhagen.
