The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's annual Research Symposium brings together researchers and philanthropists who have a mutual interest in seeking new treatments and cures for blood cancers.  We look forward to welcoming you to New York, NY for this exciting event.

Friday, September 15, 2017

MEETING SCHEDULE: 
The meeting will begin on Thursday, October 5th at 10 AM EST with lunch to follow at the hotel.  The meeting will conclude by 2 PM EST on Thursday, October 5th.  Exact meeting rooms forthcoming.   The attire for the meeting is business casual.  Please plan to arrive on Wednesday, October 4th at your leisure.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Hotel reservations will be made by LLS based on the information you provide in your registration.  The cost of the room per night is $329 plus applicable taxes, attendees are responsible for costs.  A credit card will be required at check-in for all guest room charges including room, tax and incidentals.

AIR & GROUND TRAVEL:
LLS suggests flying into LGA, JFK or EWR. Please book directly with the airline of your choice.  LGA is approximately 8 miles from the hotel.  The average taxi fare is $30 one way.  JFK is approximately 15 miles from the hotel.  The average taxi fare is $50 one way.  EWR (Newark) is approximately 17 miles from the hotel.  The average taxi fare is $50 one way.  Attendees are responsible for the cost.

TRAIN: LLS recommends AMTRAK.  You can book directly on www.amtrak.com.
