*Young Member: Must be under 35 years of age (born after 1 January 1991) and provide an ID or Member card from Member Nations. 

**Category III countries – members of ITA: Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bhutan, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Guatemala, Iceland, Kenya, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Lesotho, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Serbia.

***Students: Must be under 35 years of age (born after 1 January 1991) and provide proof of full-time enrolment at the time of the congress. Acceptable proof includes a valid student ID, a letter from your dean, or an official transcript.
