Exhibitor Hotel Sub-Block Request

Welcome valued exhibitors! IFT has negotiated special discounted hotel room rates at a variety of Chicago properties. Exhibitors can request sub-blocks within our current inventory. ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for the IFT FIRST Annual Event & Expo 2025.

**Remember - Exhibitors receive priority points for booking within the IFT Housing Block**

3 priority points for booking 15 rooms or more
1 priority point for booking between 6-14 rooms

2025 Sub-Block Process:

Determine which hotel(s) suit your needs.
Hotel availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Hotel sub-block requests must be a minimum of 6 rooms. If you need fewer than 6 rooms, you will need to book on the housing site. The housing site will open on March 3, 2025.
Large blocks may be split between two hotels due to availability.
Complete and submit this request form by the deadline of Thursday, May 1, 2025.
IFT FIRST Housing will assign a hotel and confirm your block within two (2) weeks from date of receipt.
You will be required to read and accept the Attrition Policy in order for your block request to be approved and confirmed.

Important Dates:

May 1, 2025	Last day to submit a room block request. Hotel availability may be limited – request early!
June 5, 2025 - 5:00pm ET	Room lists (name assignments) are due. Rooms with NO NAMES will be automatically released. After June 5, 2025 5:00pm ET room blocks will be held financially responsible for 80% of the confirmed room block (total room nights). Cancellations to individual reservations or groups with 6 or more rooms received after June 5, 2025 5:00pm ET will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee per room. The cancellation fee will apply to all reservations until the hotel policy takes effect.
June 19, 2025	Last day to submit changes or cancellations through IFT FIRST Housing.
