We are offering a $100 registration discount on your Symposium Registration fee when you book your room at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco in our reserved room block, where we have negotiated hotel rooms at a special conference rate.

The Symposium registration fee includes a poster session with a reception on Monday, lunch and refreshment breaks as indicated on the conference agenda for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and access to IEEE-published symposium and workshop proceedings. Every accepted paper to the Symposium is expected to have at least one full (non-discounted) symposium registration (i.e., IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member)

The workshop fee includes a Thursday lunch, a refreshment break, and access to IEEE-published workshop proceedings. Every accepted paper to the workshops must have at least one full (non-discounted) in-person workshop registration (i.e., IEEE Member or Non-IEEE Member).

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are available at a discounted symposium rate of $299.00/night for single/double occupancy, plus taxes and fees at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco. To receive the group rate, you must book by or before April 18th at 5:00pm PST, subject to availability.

Please book your hotel accommodations before you begin the registration process as you will need your hotel confirmation number in order to complete registration and recieve the $100 discount off your symposium registration fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations will be accepted until April 14, 2025, and are subject to a processing fee of $200. We cannot issue refunds after April 14, 2025, because our contract with the venue requires a firm commitment of funds from us by that date. However, we understand that the unexpected does sometimes happen. As such, registrations can be transferred to another attendee of equal or lower-priced admission category until the start of the conference.

Registration Changes & Transfers: Transfer requests must be made in writing to be processed. Please email your requests to S&P Registration Team, for review and approval. You will need to include the Registration Confirmation Number and the reason for the transfer.
