Fall 2024 Diploma Cover Request Form

This request form is only for graduates from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences who do not plan to attend Fall 2024 Convocation and would like to request that their diploma cover be mailed to them. Diploma covers will be mailed in January 2025 after fall ceremonies have concluded. If you have any questions, please email TheCollegeConvocation@asu.edu and include your full name, student ID number and major/degree.
