The data provided in this form will be used only for record-keeping purposes as part of the webinars conducted under the project DIFF GOV – „European Governance: Potential of Differentiated Cooperation” supported by Jean Monnet Activities of the EU Programme Erasmus+. The data will be shared with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Union for showing evidence of the project guidelines compliance only. Data will be protected, maintained confidential and stored for five years. By joining the webinar, in case you raise a question using a web camera, you agree to be livestreamed during the webinar. Your participation in the webinar implies that you authorise GLOBSEC to:

·   use the video-footage of the webinar, either its part or as a whole containing yourself as described above in all types of televisual broadcasting or communication via the Internet.

·   include and archive the webinar in the GLOSBEC´s online database (or a project page), accessible to the public free of charge online.

I hereby authorize GLOBSEC to use the records and documents of my person and of my work, produced within the scope of the webinar in unlimited temporal, spatial and content terms, for educational, scientific and cultural purposes.
