CPD Proposal Submission for 2027 ASABE Annual International Meeting

Thank you for interest in organizing a CPD for the ASABE Annual International Meeting. Information from this form will be reviewed by the CPD Quality Initiative Team, which is part of the EOPD technical community.

To ensure full consideration for the 2027 Annual International Meeting, please submit proposals before Feb 5, 2027.

Financial Information

All CPDs must cover the full cost through registration income or external funds. These costs include the room rental fee which is $800 and includes a laptop, projector with a screen for the room, and a microphone for the instructor. If you expect that instructor registration, whiteboards, refreshments, learning materials, shipping fees, etc., will be required as an additional cost beyond the $800, it is the responsibility of the organizer to address the costs associated with the CPD either through the registration fee or additional external funds.

Provide a description of additional needs and associated anticipated costs (in US$) beyond the expected room rental fee.

Please note, surplus funds collected above the total event expenses will be retained by ASABE.
