Upon approval by the ASABE Meetings Council, ASABE will provide support for your submitted meeting, conference, or symposium. Approval is subject to content and timing. ASABE will not approve any event that conflicts with an existing ASABE conference or meeting.
After this application is submitted, allow at least three weeks for a decision to be made by the Meetings Council. The ASABE Meetings Department will contact you with the final decision. Please complete the following application and return to Jessica Bell,

ENDORSEMENT:
ASABE will endorse meetings and conferences that have similar, overlapping, or allied interests with ASABE members. Submit applications a minimum of 4-6 months before the event.
ASABE will sponsor events that align with our members' interests, vocations, research, products, or services. This level of support goes beyond a simple listing to actively promote your event. Submit applications a minimum of 6 months before the event.
What you get:
Your event is listed in our online calendar of events.
We will send targeted electronic communications to our members.
We will promote your event through our various meeting and event resources.
What we require:
The ASABE logo and a mention of our sponsorship must appear on all print and electronic materials for the event.
You are expected to promote ASABE's meetings, conferences, and membership information through a similar exchange of marketing. A list will be provided.
