2025 Annual International Meeting
July 13-16 -- Toronto, Ontario - CANADA
Please use this form to request a time slot to hold your in-person gathering during the 2025 AIM. This form should be used for the following:
Breakfast gatherings
Evening socials
Business meeting requests that are NOT committee meetings (those will be scheduled in the spring)
Networking events
Tour that you will host and organize
Technical session requests will not be accepted here. All technical sessions were required to be submitted by August 31.

1. Name of your event.
2. Event description for publicizing on the ASABE website. Include what requirements the attendee will need to know, if any. (Tours might require several minutes of walking, for example.) Be thorough, but brief.
3. For events not located at the hotel, paste the google map link of the location with expected route if transportation is required (not within walking distance).

5. Enter the preferred start and end time of this event. All times entered will be considered as local time, meaning if 2pm - 3pm is entered it will be scheduled as 2pm - 3pm local time (Toronto is in the Eastern Daylight Time zone).

Cost to attend.
If the event will have menu items, you will be contacted about that later and we will work within your budget to find the best options. That cost will be added to the ticket cost for the event unless you are able to cover it with sponsorship. What are other items that may incur additional cost to the attendees? Gate admission? Printed materials? Speaker fees? Transportation?
