By filling in the contact form, participants give the organizers their personal data for processing in GLOBSEC Filing System (FS). Purpose of this FS is determined by data controller the GLOBSEC as the exercise of rights and the fulfilment of obligations in connection with the realization of activities, and the associated contractual relationships necessary for the organization of professional events and the realization of the other activities of the operator, including records of contracts and other accounting documents in carrying out the activities of the operator in accordance with the relevant Slovak legislation. The GLOBSEC processes personal data of participants according to Art. 10 Par. 3 letter a) of Act no. 122/2013 Col. on Personal Data Protection as amended only in limited scope (see application form) that is necessary for arrangement and provision of services connected with organisation of expert events and other activities. Personal data of participants are processed according to these Terms and Conditions, other contracts or in accordance with the consent of participants. All personal data provided to the organizers are confidential and will be used for declared purposes only. Participants acknowledge that conference events and venues may be recorded and made available on the website www.globsec.org and/or social media channels of the organizers as a video and/or photo images. Agenda and list of speakers may also be published in same manner.
Participants also acknowledge that GLOBSEC can send email information and newsletter to participants. Participants as data subjects have their rights guaranteed according to Art. 28, 29 and 30 of Act no. 122/2013 Col. on Personal Data Protection as amended.
