B6GS 2024 - Demo submission form

This form is closed for new submissions as of 1 September, and should only be used if you have been requested to submit more information about your existing submission.

The organizing committee of the 2024 Brooklyn 6G Summit is inviting companies, academic institutions and other organizations to submit their proposals for demos to be shown at the 2024 B6GS. This year’s theme is “6G – From Vision to Action”, putting 6G feasibility, real-world proof, value and usability into the main focus.

A broad spectrum of use cases and technologies will be considered, incl. 6G-related innovations on network and transmission technologies, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), devices, applications and use cases, for both the CSP as well as the Enterprise market / Vertical industries.

Demos will be presented in a dedicated hall with sufficient space, high visibility and possibility to showcase and interact with numerous attendees of the event, and stakeholders from the US and international mobile communication ecosystem in an ideal networking environment.

This year we would like to introduce a “Best Demos Award” for the most popular demo at the B6GS exhibition floor. The winner demo will be featured in event webpage and not only.

Submission Deadline: Friday, August 16th 2024

Criteria

Demonstration proposals will be selected based on several criteria, including (i) relevance, (ii) novelty, (iii) depth, and (iv) the “wow” factor of the proposed demonstration. The proposal must clearly describe the functionality that will be demonstrated.

Provide the motivation behind the demonstrated concept(s)
Describe the system and the technology
Describe the key benefits/differentiator and value proposition
Demonstration type: live, simulated, video, html/interactive animation
Explain what the attendee experience is and what they will see (video, live, slides)

Practical information

A limited amount of equipment can be shipped and held by NYU for 1-2 days before the event.
A single 6ft table is supplied.
110v AC power is supplied with up to 4 outlets via extension cord.
Internet access is provided (DHCP) via ethernet.
Monitors are not supplied.
Setup time will be from Wednesday October 23rd 7am (final schedule to be confirmed along with more information to all selected demos). All demos should be running by 4pm.
You will be responsible for moving, building, dismantling and shipping of all equipment, and the staffing of your demonstration.
