2023 CCAW Speaker Agreement

Is CCAW or your agency covering the cost of travel (as confirmed)? *

Is CCAW covering any portion of your lodging at the hotel (as confirmed)? *

How many night(s) is CCAW covering (as agreed upon with Program Director, Shawn Guy)? *

Are you receiving an honorarium from CCAW (as confirmed)? *

Please list the agreed upon honorarium amount. *

If I cancel my appearance at CCAW later than April 14, 2023, I will be responsible for reimbursing CCAW for any costs incurred on my behalf. *

We request that speakers promote the 2023 Conference on Crimes Against Women and/or your specific 2023 CCAW session(s) via your social media and email channels. *

Speakers can purchase their own exhibitor booth which are not comp’ed and speakers are not allowed to sell or promote merchandise during their session(s). *

Handouts (in the form of a session PPT, supplemental material, or a QR code to supplemental resources) is required for each session that you present. Handouts will need to be submitted by May 5th. Instructions on handouts submission TBA. *

COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION: Complimentary transportation provided by CCAW to and from the airport is offered between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm from Sunday-Thursday (May 21-25). If your flight arrives outside of those times, then you are responsible for your own transportation.

HOTEL LODGING: CCAW books hotel lodging for ALL speakers, regardless of who is paying. Please do NOT book your own lodging (even if you are paying).

You will receive an email from us in March 2023 with a link asking for your arrival dates/times.
