The Board of Directors is comprised of Corporate and WBE Members of the WBCS. As the governing body of the WBCS, board members function within the parameters of the organizational bylaws, fully promote the organization's mission, participate in the development of operational policies and standards, attend bi-monthly board meetings, contribute financially, attend major events, and serve on at least one committee of the WBCS. Members are elected to three-year terms.
