Paper Presentation
As mentioned in earlier emails to you, the Presentation and/or Poster upload process opens on October 2 and will remain open until midnight, US Time, on Friday November 17.
Please note that your paper acceptance email noted whether you will be doing a presentation as well as a poster, or only one or the other. Please check that email before going through the next steps.
Below you will see 4 files for review. These contain the instructions and guidelines for presenting at the Conference. Please click on the appropriate files and follow the various steps after you have logged in above.

Official Language
Papers must be submitted and presented in English, the official language of the Conference.
Key Dates:
- October 2, 2023: Access to presentation information on this website.
- November 17, 2023: End of Presentation Upload Phase
- December 1, 2023: Notification of Time & Date of Presentations
